Winter Construction Advisory

Winter is fast approaching, with cooler and wetter than normal conditions forecast for the next several months.  This will present the typical challenges for roadway construction and placement of asphalt pavements and concrete accessories.  The letter below outlines the basic requirements for winter construction practices under our adopted standards, and includes requirements for additional documentation of weather conditions effective November 9th, 2022 until further notice.  All work performed in sub-standard conditions is done at the sole risk of the contractor/developer.
